I was rushed through the process and promised several items that did not occur within the first few weeks of the sale. On day 3 of the car, a tire check light appeared and I was told by service staff that I had a nail in the tire. I was promised that all items had been cleared from the trade-in car, but was denied an opportunity to check. I called the sales agent and was promised he would check the car again for a CD, but it took 3 days and 2 visits to the store to resolve this issue. The biggest issue is that I was promised that the my trade would be paid off on the following Monday (Feb 9, 2015). On Feb 26, I started receiving collections calls, and letters from the old dealer stating that I was past due on the payments. I sent emails immediately stating my case, and after several calls to the dealership was finally promised proof in writing on the trade payoff. I called again at the end of the day on Feb 27 with no call back. Finally, I received a fax with a copy of the payoff check and receipt from UPS for delivery. Tracking number is 1Z6Y840F1363264774. In reviewing the tracking number, I find that the contents were not shipped until after my email stating the case. Since then I have called and emailed over 10 times all to no avail. BUYER BEWARE. Deceitful Initially we had a great experience. We went in to buy a car and we in and out of the dealership rather quickly... evidently too quickly. My wife an Initially we had a great experience. My wife and I were very hesitant at one point to buy the car because we were not sure how much the tags, title, and so forth would cost. Our salesman, Ben Howard, assured us that the "New Grad Rebate" that my wife and I would both be getting from the purchase of the new car would cover most, if not all, of the expense from the tags and so forth. This rebate was promised to be $500 for EACH of us- a total of $1000. He repeatedly told us, and even received confirmation from his sales manager, that we would both be eligible for the rebate since we both recently graduated from medical school. I asked him to put this promise in the paperwork, but was informed that they did not do this anymore because KIA didn't always accept the candidates for the "Recent Grad Rebate" for some reason or another. But he assured us that all we had to do was email him a copy of BOTH of our diplomas and we would definitely get the rebate. After 8 MONTHS of no rebate check, unanswered emails, and multiple phone calls that were not returned from both Ben and his sales manager, Mr. Redfern, I was finally directed to Jeff Serio the General Manager. This too proved to be unhelpful as the arrogant manager informed us that he didn't know why the rebate was delayed so long and why we thought we were getting $1000 when it would only be $400. Mr. Serio repeatedly said that he was sorry that we "misunderstood" the deal and that there was nothing that he could do for us. He was very condescending throughout the phone call informing me multiple times that he was "VERY educated" and had a degree from "Stanford". I assured him that the $600 that they were stealing from me would not come close to the dollar amount of the business that they would lose when people found out how they deceive their customers. TAKE HOME CONCEPT: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU IN ORDER TO GET YOU TO SIGN ON THE LINE!! More

Purchase of New Kia I went to the dealership with my husband to look for a car without the intent of making a purchase that night. The sales and finance people were so helpful that I left that night with my first new car ever. I have had the car for almost one month and I love driving it more every day. Kia is a great brand and the sales staff was fantastic! I will recommend JT's Kia to any one that I know looking for a car. More

Would go back Just went to look around. This was the first dealership my wife and I went to. We also checked out the Toyota and Mazda dealerships near JT's. Ultimat Just went to look around. This was the first dealership my wife and I went to. We also checked out the Toyota and Mazda dealerships near JT's. Ultimately came back to JT's. The salesman was very polite and went over everything on the vehicle. The only thing I could say negative is that we could not drive the vehicle on the interstate. Would only let us drive on the street in front of the dealership. Mazda and Toyota let us drive where we wanted to. More
Two Time Satisfied Customer I have purchased 2 cars from JT's when no one else would deal. My first was a 2013 Kia Forte that I traded in after 2 years with 84,000 miles. I now I have purchased 2 cars from JT's when no one else would deal. My first was a 2013 Kia Forte that I traded in after 2 years with 84,000 miles. I now have a 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid. I was extremely satisfied with my Forte, and am just as in love with my Optima. Both of my salesmen - Mike and Eric - worked hard to make the deals as well as the finance people. My next vehicle will be bought at JT's as well. More
