As soon as we parked a saleman came up to us and introduced himself and asked us what type of vehicle we were interested in. He was very helpful as we narrowed down some of the details we would be introduced himself and asked us what type of vehicle we were interested in. He was very helpful as we narrowed down some of the details we would be looking for immediately and took time to have some pleasant conversation. He explained that as soon as we had a general idea of the type vehicle that would please us, with options etc he showed us the brochures and advised us that he would bring a vehicle that closely matched our wish list. Ronnie Williams was professional courteous and very friendly throughout the whole process. After we made a selection of a 2014 Kia Sorento, we test drove the vehicle and really liked the performance and the handling. He congratulated us at each step of the way to let us know that each step was complete. Then he made sure the new vehicle was spotless and had a full tank of gas. The entire experience was great and we did not feel any pressure. The lease deal was worked out to our satisfaction and we drove away with a new Sorento. My wife and I were very pleased and will return to this dealership when we have a need for another vehicle. More

Hi - Bought my car in July 2012. Took my brand new car for it's 11,000 mile oil change at JTs Kia. I also had a hood guard installed. The hood guard was installed, however, technician never took the tim for it's 11,000 mile oil change at JTs Kia. I also had a hood guard installed. The hood guard was installed, however, technician never took the time to wipe his fingerprints off the hood and the hood guard after installation. Also, experienced a horrific smell when I got back into my car. After about two hours, I called back to the service department and yes, was screaming mad at them saying that the smell was worse. They told me to bring it back, which if you work two jobs is not all that easy. Well, I drove for another day and when I pulled into my driveway the next evening, my husband came out to ask what was wrong with my brand new car as he heard me coming down the road. I could not wait, so I was at the dealership at opening the next morning. When the service tech opened the hood, my oil cap was laying right on top of the engine. So, they calmed me down by "fixing" everything, confirming no damage to the vehicle and sending me on my way. Two days later I was back with an oil leak and mileage at 24 to 25 MPG (normally in lower 30s). They then said that it was loose oil on the tray...low and behold my mileage jumped right on up to 33 MPG on the way home. So, thought it was fixed. But, once again I'm a week after service and mileage is back down to 24/25 MPG and ticking noise is LOUD. But, my added bonus is that the vehicle has absolutely no power at 40 to 45 miles per hour - and what's the normal running speed around a local town. Yup - ya'll got it. DO NOT EVER GO TO JTs KIA FOR SERVICE. YOU MAY GET A GOOD SALE, BUT YOU WON'T GET A GOOD CUSTOMER RETURN SALE AND THEY'LL SCREW UP YOUR NICE NEW CAR ON TOP OF IT!!!!! More

i bought a 2012 kia sorento. at about 30,000 miles it started drinking oil. it was not smoking, running bad, or anything. i took it in to see what was going on. after hours there they told me the motor w started drinking oil. it was not smoking, running bad, or anything. i took it in to see what was going on. after hours there they told me the motor was shot. they got me a rental and said i would have my car back by the end of the week. three days later they call me and ask if i had oil change receipts. i told them i could get a print out of the service records from my mechanic. they said that would not work. come pick your car up and return the rental. so they actually will not fix my car. i am stuck with a bran new car with a shot motor, i would stay very far away from this place. they are as crooked as they come.
