JTs is my preferred service center and my last visit was because I had a huge screw in my tire. While there, they not only fixed my tire but they also changed my oil and washed my car. I took my car for an annual service check up. When I went to check in the person at the desk acted as though he did understand what annual service entails. I told him along with the annual service I had a front turn light out. When my car was returned all they did was change the turn light. No tire rotation, oil change toping off fluids or anything. They didn't even put air in the tire that was low. Even Wal-mart will put air in a low tire without being asked. I expect more for a premium dealership. More
