I’ve been very pleased with the service from JTs as I’ve been a customer since 2014. Sometime wait is longer than expected but come prepared. Accommodations such as restrooms, snacks, water and other drinks are available. Come with patience, something to entertain yourself, take a nap while , your vehicle gets a wash also Be happy! More
My service on my car is always slow & my car is always kept longer than expected (all day). Communication is poor & my issue hasn’t been resolved. Excellent customer service. They treat you like you matter and ensure top quality service. I loved that my first oil change was FREE (SAVED me some money). I had an office space to work in as well which is critical for individuals who need to work while getting their car serviced. Also, the oil change service was quick too. I will be back to JTs. More
Always please with services that Jt Kia do on my Kia Optima. All the staff in the service department are very friendly and nice. Horrible, they couldn't find anything, so, come get your car. No follow-up. My husband had to call 5-6 days after dropping it off to find out what was going on. When we picked it up, no one spoke to us abou car. No follow-up. My husband had to call 5-6 days after dropping it off to find out what was going on. I have experienced the worst customer service with JT Kia dealership. Called for a service appointment and was give an appointment for 3 weeks later. Promptly dropped my car off at the appointment time at 4 dealership. Called for a service appointment and was give an appointment for 3 weeks later. Promptly dropped my car off at the appointment time at 4 PM on Thursday. I called for an update on Saturday morning and was told I would get a call back by a Josh. Monday morning I called back as a I had not received a return call and was told he would call me back as the service advisor came in at 9. As of Tuesday no update on the diagnostic they were going to run and no call back from anyone. More

I can’t say enough good things about the service department. From the first interaction calling for help until the work was completed — everyone was professional and responsive. The work was done pr department. From the first interaction calling for help until the work was completed — everyone was professional and responsive. The work was done promptly and well. Josh kept me updated and was easy to work with. We brought my car here after a terrible experience with Galeana Kia. Won’t think twice about making the drive to JT’s in the future. More
