I called today because my check engine light came on and is flashing which means I'm supposed to stop driving it and get looked at immediately. Called JT's and was told to have it towed in but it would take 2 to 3 weeks BEFORE they could even hook it up to the diagnostic machine, meanwhile I would have no vehicle to drive because they don't give out loaner cars until AFTER your car gets hooked up to diagnostic machine. Oh, I could go out and rent a car that I have to pay for it, while my car is just sitting there waiting to get looked at out of my own pocket. Your service department is a joke More

Had a deposit discrepancy and naturally I was the one that had to come up with more money after I had the vehicle for two weeks. I knew what I wanted when I went to JT KIA to purchase my car. They did not have it but they called other dealerships and found it in Augusta. They sent someone to pick it up for me.
