Today is Monday 03-08-2021 I have been calling JT Kia since 8:27 AM I spoke many times and left messages with lady named Haylee. Several for Mr Michal T. On my last call back after 0 response I ask for the General Manager and was transfered to Micheal T ..readressed the 2 major isses light pieces & windshield he took my info ..several min later recived a facebook message ftom my orgional sales lady stating she had not heard from me and the window replacement people were there from 9 Am until 12 today She will have to re scheadule me and i told her i could be there in 45 min and she said they would be gone by then will tect me bavk for time on TUESDAY ..Really? After all My reaching out? & still no addredding of issue with the light cover and no defenative time on windshield..General Manager has Not reached out except in the above reply
