I went in to purchase a new Kia. The salesman was nice however he didn’t know much about the vehicle he sold me so I’ve had to rely on YouTube or trial and error to figure things out. They’ve completely dropped the ball regarding my trade in which will affect my credit. Buying a new car is already somewhat stressful but he stress should be alleviated once the purchase is completed. Mine hasn’t. They’ve ruined the experience for me. More
