Thanks for your response. I trade cars every 2-3 years so I have seen it all over the past 50 years. My family owned a Cadillac-Pontiac Dealership where I worked as a teenager and young adult. So, I have seen a lot more "tricks of the trade" than most people. On this purchase I ended up paying more than I should, but it made my wife happy for Christmas so I just wrote the check and moved on. If you would like for me to send you a copy of the MSRP sticker and contract I will certainly do so. I am really not angry; just disappointed since a friend of mine is a neighbor of JT's and had always spoken very highly of him.
