Had looked for a specific color and model Telluride for 3 months. Finally found it at JT's. Was very disappointed in the sales tactics. They added about $2,000 to the MSRP sticker price on the sales contract months. Finally found it at JT's. Was very disappointed in the sales tactics. I traveled from out of state to take possession of my new car. They knew I was coming days ahead of time. The car had not been made ready for delivery. It was dirty inside and out. The floor mats were not in car. They knew I was coming days ahead of time. The car had not been made ready for delivery. It was dirty inside and out. The floor mats were not in the car and were pulled from another new car. I was told their detailers were not very good and did not know how to deal with water spots. A discolored piece of trim is still waiting for warranty replacement. Overall, I was disappointed in the experience and this dealership showed no concern. Fortunately, I love the car. Perhaps the great price I got required a sacrifice in service. It seemed like management was not supporting my sales agent. He did a good job following up with me for almost a month. More

I had my RAM towed in after a breakdown on the road. Kyle was so helpful when we arrived. They were able to troubleshoot and repair the problems the same day. While it really wasn't a serious problem, it cou was so helpful when we arrived. They were able to troubleshoot and repair the problems the same day. While it really wasn't a serious problem, it could have been so much worse. Their thorough assessment that no internal engine damage was done took a huge burden off of my shoulders. More
On Friday November 20th, I originally came to JT’s for On Friday November 20th, I originally came to JT’s for an oil change and a couple of “recall” fixes. I had the service completed on a Friday. I had to call the service department to get an update on my car considering that it was almost 5pm and I hadn’t heard anything. Everything seemed fine at first until Tuesday morning when I had trouble starting my car. I had to get jump from my neighbor in order to get to Kia. I returned on Wednesday when I had the time and asked the service department to take an additional look at it to see if everything was ok since JT’s was the last service department to have touched it. They told me that it would be a charge of $149.99 just to go back and make sure everything was working ok. I feel like this is bad business since JT was the last facility to have serviced the vehicle. I asked to speak to the service manager and he pretty much blamed the problem on Firestone since that was where I brought my battery back in “AUGUST”. The car was starting just fine before JT’s Kia did the service. Again, it had only been a few days and the car hadn’t given me any problems until my service at JT’s Kia was completed. Buying a car should be a fun and exiting experience. By far this was the worst experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend this dealership! I bought my car and was contacted days later to return b far this was the worst experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend this dealership! I bought my car and was contacted days later to return because it did not have its PDI. (Note: I do not live close and work 7 days a week) Communication was horrible as well as the customer service. I did all the leg work to get my car looked at on my lunch break (after day after day of calling). I was promised a rental car would be brought to me twice and both times no one showed or called. When I would call no one seemed to take responsibly or seem to know what was going on every time. I bought my car on the 7th and finally got it in to be serviced on the 24th!!!! I had a concern from the day I bought it about a rattle that was coming from the muffler which was very loud and white smoke coming out of it. Picking up my car after its check up they said that the noise and smoke was normal. Since, I have called to let them know it was still going on. I now have an appointment with another Kia dealership to get it checked out. Something is wrong, and to be honest I don't trust the word or work from JT's Kia from everything I have experienced. Buying a new car from JT's has truly been a horrible experience. I just hope there is nothing seriously wrong with my new car and if so I'm hoping that they will take care of the situation correctly. I loved the day I bought my Kia Sorento. But since I drove off the lot nobody cares that there is a crack in my taillight. SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. I live an hour away from this location. I've called and called and got the run around about it. My services are done halfway. Can't even get my service light refreshed after an oil change. I'm just sadden about how it went from amazing to utter crap. More
