Thank you Darold Wilson for reaching out to me and actually listening to my complaint. Thank as well to Marcin Jean for orchestrating everything as far as towing is concerned for my vehicle. Now fingers crossed that JT's Kia will right this wrong and end up with a satisfied customer.
