Am very dissatisfied with customer service. Bought new Optima on 10/22 and had it service department 3 times for check engine light. Last time it went in on 115 and is still there. Can't get them to retur Optima on 10/22 and had it service department 3 times for check engine light. Last time it went in on 115 and is still there. Can't get them to return calls and when they do, it's almost always the same response. It's being test driven and/ or they are waiting on Kia Tech to respond with an ok to release vehicle back to us. Am beyond being frustrated. More
Scheduled on-line an oil change with a recall repair for my 2020 Telluride for 2 weeks out. Upon arrival I was told they could do the oil change but may not be able to complete the recall repair since a pa my 2020 Telluride for 2 weeks out. Upon arrival I was told they could do the oil change but may not be able to complete the recall repair since a part had to be ordered. There was then a discussion that they could use another customers and reorder one for them. I expressed that they had 2 weeks to order the recall part since I entered the data when scheduling my appointment on line. I was told that they don't look at the notes until the day of the visit. (WHY would you have a note section if you do not read the notes prior to the appointment? I live 45 minutes away and wanted everything serviced on the vehicle that needed to be so I didn't have to make multiple trips. I was asked if I wanted my auto washed and vacuumed and I said yes. 3 1/2 hours later I was told they couldn't do the recall because they had to order the part and the plan to use another customers was not an option. I was told they would order my part and call me on Friday when it came in and I could stop by any time to have them attach it. It's been 4 weeks and I am still waiting on that phone call that my part has come in. To make my experience worse for having to wait so long, when they brought my car around I was expecting it to be clean and vacuumed but it had not. This may have just been a bad day for the team but my experience was disappointing to say the least. More
Horrible and life threatening experience! I bought a 2013 LINCOLN MKZ VIN# 3LN6L2GK6DR823652 to be exact back in August this year 2020. Since then I've had a tire to shred from the inside on me and blow ou LINCOLN MKZ VIN# 3LN6L2GK6DR823652 to be exact back in August this year 2020. Since then I've had a tire to shred from the inside on me and blow out and Just recently the car ran hot because of a coolant leak coming through the water pump. Not to mention the lug nuts on the tire were all old and warped and loose enough that they barely had to be turned to come off which is another safety hazard all in itself. I called JT's Kia on both occasions and was not even so much as given a call back. there is no way my car was inspected properly before I was allowed to drive it so proudly off the lot. The blow out could have definitely cost me my life and the coolant leak could have damaged my motor. I have a son in college right now so expensive car repairs is not something I need. However, it seems I'm being left to deal with it on my own. As if Covid-19 wasn't enough this year. Thanks JT's Kia. More
