I received a courteous greeting and was directed to waiting area. Vehicle was serviced in an acceptable amount of time. The car was dripping water under the dashboard on the driver's sid HORRIBLE! DON'T BUY FROM THEM I bought a Kia Seltos 2021 for my wife 4 weeks ago. The car was dripping water under the dashboard on the driver's side. Wires were hanging out of the dashboard as well. They foud a clogged hose. Drove it home and now the car is dripping water again. Itt was in the shop for 2 days. They found nothing. And now I have to drive this car back home and I'm pretty sure I will have the same problem within a week or two. Oh, Wait! Surprise! A nail is now in one of the tires... Really? I never got a check your tire pressure sign. Wait, thereis more...The brand new tire can't be repaired because the nail is very close to the wall. They suspiciously have the tire in stock and it will cost me more than $210. This place is a SCAM. I'm pretty sure tyhey would have found something and they would have charged me hundreds if the car was not under warranty. They are trying to make money out of the customers in this pandemic one way or the other.They are all smiles when you're buying a car from them and then they turn ugly when you want them to fix your BRAND NEW car with only 700 miles on it. I am going to Ford or a better dealership that actually know how to do business and how to treat their clients. More
