Slow is an understatement I have had my car for about 18 months and I have yet to have a smooth experience without stress and aggravation. I have stopped taking it to them for regular maintenance. Instead I take it to the Hyundai dealer where I took my Hyundai that I had for 10 years. Biggest mistake was not buying another Hyundai from them. Unfortunately for warranty work I have to take it to JT’s and my last visit reminded me why I don’t bring it there regularly anymore. More

Service on my Sedona I took my 2005 Sedona to JT Kia as it would not start. I told the service manager I felt the starter needs to be replaced. I was told the battery and I took my 2005 Sedona to JT Kia as it would not start. I told the service manager I felt the starter needs to be replaced. I was told the battery and battery post needed to be replaced in addition to needing an oil change—$245. When I picked up the car it immediately left me stranded at a gas station with the original problem. Again it was towed to JT. This time he said the starter was bad and it would cost $600 to replace. I had the car towed to an independent mechanic who repaired the car for for $200. It now runs fine. I’ll stick with him. More
