I wasn’t for sure I even qualified for a car however, it turns out I qualified for two cars. Moving fast forward he was also able to get a friend of my cousins and myself in a new automobile as well. Now that’s great service. He was pleasant, down to earth and knew his product along with his job. By referring my friend I got a $500.00 check from JT’s. This was a great experience for me. I have a credit union that I have worked with for years. They give me great rates and protect me from slimy car dealers. I get pre-approved before going in so when I get there, I pick a car and sign the papers. JT’s Kia, charged me $1,000 for having my own financing ;-(....That’s what I thought, smh. Stupid me for buying the vehicle, but my wife and I really liked the vehicle and I asked for another $1,000 for my trade (which was still below the NADA trade in value) Sorry Lonnie, but I can’t send anyone to you unless they are going to get bamboozled with the dealers financing. The left turn signal and brake light was also not functioning. More

I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic The Service Department at this dealership has the most incompetent Service Staff I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic and repair for my Kia SUV on Mar. 19, 2019. My vehicle was experiencing hesitation when I initially accelerated from a stop. My vehicle received incorrect diagnostic codes multiple times, resulting in incompetent mechanics removing and replace ing parts unnecessarily. They have literally made my vehicle much worse then when I bought it in. It has taken them 9 days to do this damage. And, they are failing to take responsibility and insisting I pay them $1040.90 for their incompetence. More
