Great Experience for Scheduled Maintenance Made an appointment online for an oil/filter change...was checked in promptly and notified that the job was completed in a timely manner..Service Writ Made an appointment online for an oil/filter change...was checked in promptly and notified that the job was completed in a timely manner..Service Writer was friendly, courteous and professional. Recommendation for Improvement: Make sure the service Tech re-sets the Info Center to indicate that the required service has been completed so that I do not continue to get the "Service Due/Overdue" reminders every time I start the vehicle. This is the second time that I have had this vehicle to this Service Dept. and your Service Tech has failed to do this re-set. It is not the end of the world, but it is annoying. More

Nothing Spectacular About This Place! I waa supposed to have my door handle replaced 4 different times. Several times the wrong part was ordered. This last time, they claimed to order the I waa supposed to have my door handle replaced 4 different times. Several times the wrong part was ordered. This last time, they claimed to order the correct part and must have put a "temporary" fix in place because a week later it was broke again. I have spoke with management and all. Still...nothing was resolved and I still have a broken handle. I pay additional each month for things like this to be taken care of, and it's a waste. I would not recommend anyone to get their car serviced here if it's possible, go elsewhere. More
