Standard Service Had a regular scheduled service on my Kia Sorento. I had a coupon for the oil change to be applied. The salesmen (3!) that we dealt with as well as the sales manager were very professional and patient. However, we have excellent credit and did not understand the finance charge for upcoming payments but we will probably address that with another financial institution. More
