Treated Poorly after sales Our dealing started at JT Kia’s was pretty good the salesman was helpful and showed us a lot of vehicles. Once we found the one for us and we came to an agreement on the price we would pay, but by the time we spoke to the financial person things went South very quickly and he became very rude after we turned down all extra warranties and another costly service since we were paying cash in full for our car he become very rude and very personal to anything we answered back to his question then they took nearly an hour to just touch up everything on the car after we had finalized the deal. After a couple of weeks after our purchase when we contacted our sell person back about our tagtransfer and he became very rude and got very short with his answers to us, we will not be going back to JT Kia for anything else. Will share this with our family and friends on how poorly they treat you afterwards. More

Experience and Honesty I took my Kia in for service. I was treated with respect and my technician was on point with how long my wait would be. Was not told by Robert that Monday they would be giving away cruises with a purchase. When I found out about this naturally I used him about it. He told me if I wanted a cruise I had to buy another car. I want buy anything from another JT company. Go somewhere else. More
