After several meetings with General Managers Mark Coleman and Mike Humphreys an agreement was determined that it would be best to just get me into a more reliable vehicle. Jason Brown my sales representative took care of the sale portion of my transaction. The team worked very diligently to satisfy my every need. My advice to anyone dealing with car issues is to know what you paid for and what you are entitled too according to your contractual agreements, to include all warranties. I would recommend JT Kia to anyone who want to upgrade their vehicle. The staff will assist you in any way possible to satisfy your car shopping needs. Now go out and let the staff at JT Kia meet you at your car point need. Felicia Baccus a satisfied customer. Thanks JT Kia Staff for a job well done. More

In speaking with the service manager I asked for some replacement Kia floor mats to help the wear and tear on my regular floor mats. When the car was delivered to me I had my mats! I also asked for a complimentary wash and vacuum. Not only did they do these things but they detailed the inside of the car. I couldn't have been more pleased. You might pay a little more for your service at JT Kia but it is well worth the investment. More

Great friend to have and feel completely comfortable here and doing business with him on their team. The people are the ones that build the business, not necessarily the owners. So thanks for being a great asset and helping me with my purchases! More
Bait and Switch, Deceptive Tactics In February of 2015, I entered into a three year lease agreement for a Kia Optima with JT's Kia. A year and a half into the lease, I started receiving regular sales calls, approximately every 2-3 months, letting me know that I could end my lease early and get a new vehicle. In December of 2017, the calls became more frequent, letting me know my lease was to end soon, and that I could end it early and get a new vehicle from their dealership. Since there were only 2 months left on the lease, I had some time off, and had to get a new vehicle soon anyway, I decided I would take them up on their offer this time. Because of the sales calls, I walked into the dealership on December 12, 2017 with the understanding that they were letting me "end my lease early." As I spoke to the Sales Associate, Michael Cato, it was with the verbal understanding that I was ending my lease early on my 2015 Optima SX to lease a 2018 Optima SXL. After a test drive and some haggling over the price, I was directed to the finance department. There, I dealt with the finance manager, Robbie (whose last name I’ve forgotten , unfortunately). There, he explained the terms of the new lease, tried to up-sell me on various services, and signed the associated paperwork. The next day, I was to return with a check for $1000 down, plus the first lease payment for the new vehicle of $424.83. Overnight, it occurred to me that on December 10, I had made a lease payment of $315.14 for the 2015 Optima, and that I should only have to pay the difference between the two lease amounts, rather than the full $424.83. I inquired about this with Robbie the next day. He explained that they were 2 different leases, and that all I had to do was call Kia Finance, let them know that I had grounded the vehicle with JT's Kia, and then the monetary difference would be resolved. I went home and did that, and based on what I was told verbally, believed that the lease on the 2015 Optima was now at an end. Based on what I was told, I was expecting a check for the pro-rated amount of the December payment on the 2015 vehicle. Instead, on January 16, I received a notification from Kia Finance that my lease payment for the 2015 vehicle was late. I called them, explaining that I don't owe money on a vehicle I no longer own. They said that I needed to contact the dealership, telling them to contact them regarding payment. I did that, speaking to Robbie again. It was now that I learned that, while he was verbally telling me that my lease would be resolved after I called Kia Finance, he was having me sign a paper saying their dealership had no financial obligation to the old lease and that I had to pay it out. He said there's nothing he can do about it. That he was sorry "if" his words made me believe anything else. What else would I believe? Who in their right mind would continue paying for a vehicle they no longer own? If I had ever actually been told I had to pay on both leases, I never would have gotten a new vehicle before the old lease expired. I was not told this. I was told at every turn (on the phone by the marketing rep, by the sales associate, by the finance manager) that I was ending my old lease early to acquire the new vehicle. It's only a month after I left that I discovered their explicit deception. I'm not sure if this is a regular deceptive practice on their part, or if they only prey on single middle-aged ladies they see as easy targets. It's easy to say whatever they want to when I don't have a spouse or significant other sitting there with me as a witness. I realize I've signed a legal document (that was misrepresented to me), and that I probably have no legal recourse. I think it should be known far and wide, however, that they engage in these deceptive bait and switch tactics. I would also be curious to know where my old vehicle is. Selling it again while I'm still paying the lease through February 10 is, in my mind, criminal activity. More
