Worst Service Department The service department is the worse I have ever experienced. I have a issue with my car, some rear suspension issues, but I am about to bring the car The service department is the worse I have ever experienced. I have a issue with my car, some rear suspension issues, but I am about to bring the car back again for the 12th time because they do not know how to fix it. They know there is an issue but unable to solve the issue. They also claimed that they have contacted their corporate office to get suggestions how to fix it. I decided to open a case with Kia corporate office and they started to look into it. From their finding we discovered that JT Kia service department was misleading me and did not contact their corporate office and did not do the proper procedures to resolve the issue. Recently I discovered that JT KIA now have new management, both the GM and the service manager, I hope that their quality of service will now improve, and even get my car fixed. More

Had an appointment for an oil change, it took three hours. Took way too long because of lack of communication between employees.
