Wouldn't take my Soul anywhere else! I can't say enough nice things about JT's Kia! I didn't buy my 2011 Soul there and they honored what another dealership gave me for perks! They are professional but not stuffy, extremely thorough with their inspection of the car and very organized about the history of service. The waiting area is clean and bright, comfortable and there are free snacks and beverages provided. The service staff carefully explains what was found, what needs to be done, and how long they expect to take. I definitely will buy my next Kia Soul at JT's! More

Bought a Kia Sportage over a month and a half ago I've been waiting for the second key for it have called numerous times they said that the key is in but then when I go ov over a month and a half ago I've been waiting for the second key for it have called numerous times they said that the key is in but then when I go over there they say it's not then I called again today they said the key was there I asked him to make sure I know my name they said well they needed the VIN number to be sure well how can you tell me you got the key if you got it by the name very disappointed will not by there again and will not recommend.
