Poor service I bought my first car here and the service has been terrible. He was untruthful about my interest rate. The salesman I talked to said he would work t I bought my first car here and the service has been terrible. He was untruthful about my interest rate. The salesman I talked to said he would work to get me a lower interest rate than the initial one he proposed and would be better than my bank could offer. I didn't realize until after I signed that it was higher than what he first said I was approved for and almost double than what my bank could give me. I've made multiple calls for information and got either a full message machine that hangs up on me or my name and number taken without any calls back. I've wasted time and gas trying to figure out how to get my license plate. I eventually had to go to the DMV two days before my temporary plate expires, only to have them tell me that the dealership is supposed to take care of it. When visiting the dealership, they give me another temporary plate when they have no clue what is going on and tell me to come back monday. My mom got involved and called the dealership today(monday) and Chris, the general manager, is the only one who gave any real information. We found out it would have been another wasted trip to come in as I was told. I finally got some answers about my financing as well. More
