Fantastic experience I already had my mind made up I wanted a Kia Soul and we walked around the lot to see what was available. Lots of cars to choose from! Great Customer service representative I was greeted and helped by Mr. Reggie Moore.i had a blown turn signal. I didn't have time to wait therefore I asked if I could just purchase bulb and I was greeted and helped by Mr. Reggie Moore.i had a blown turn signal. I didn't have time to wait therefore I asked if I could just purchase bulb and go. He helped me locate which bulb was out and escorted me to the proper department where I purchased the bulb. Oh, the great service doesn't stop there. He placed the bulb in and I was in my way. He had a GREAT professional manner and I could tell he really enjoys his job. Always Friendly On my most recent visit, just went in for an oil change. Was in and out in less than an hour. Car jerking and check engine light on Went in and told them what my car was doing and received a call within an hour of what the problem was.
