Bad Service advice I brought my vehicle in because it cut off frequently pulling into different places. The service departent was for the most part friendly and helpful but very overpriced and totally way off base about the problem with my vehicle. They wanted me to pay $1100 out of pocket that I did not have. When I took my vehicle to a certified mechanic all u needed was my brakes fixed and oil/ air filter changed. I have had NO problems since and it costs me less than $300. So, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO JTS KIA FOR SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MT SINGLE WORKING MOTHER/FATHER FRIENDS! VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY More

Service on recently purchased vehicle I purchased a 2013 Buick on May 5, and the service center has had it more days that I have! The AC works when it wants to, and the transmission hesita I purchased a 2013 Buick on May 5, and the service center has had it more days that I have! The AC works when it wants to, and the transmission hesitates at times. The first time they kept it overnight, for 2 nights, the employees could not duplicate either issue. Of course I had both issues right off the lot, but had to get to work. So, I brought it in a few days later, for both issues, and said I'd wait there. They couldn't duplicate either issue, so I had the service manager ride with me a while, and he agreed to send the vehicle over to the GM dealership nearby for a service update since both issues could be electrical. I came to pick it up on Monday May 22, and the AC still was not functional, so I left it there until Friday May 26. On the 26th, the JT's employee could feel the AC issue when he pulled the vehicle around for me to take home, SO IT'S STILL AT GM. I finally asked for a rental, and they got me one on the 26th, but it had never been offered to me. Also, it's difficult to get through by phone, so I just gave up and waited 3-4 days at a time for an update. I'm still driving the loaner, and have driven that car more than the one I bought! If SC lemon laws covered used vehicles I may have just given up on this one. The car really suits my needs, but needs working AC! I'm REALLY glad that I purchased the warranty! More
