Service Dept is BAD now I began going to JT's Kia several years ago because their pricing was way better than Galeana where I purchased my 2009 Kia Spectra. They were so good I began going to JT's Kia several years ago because their pricing was way better than Galeana where I purchased my 2009 Kia Spectra. They were so good that I bought my Kia Soul there in the Fall of 2015. Recently, however, the service department lacks all customer service skills. They forget to call back when parts come in. They NEVER have parts to fix critical issues because THREE times I had to return(45 min drive) because parts had to be ordered.. NOT EVEN a screw for a visor clip!!! Can you believe it? If you're not going in for an oil change, they don't carry the parts so be prepared to have to return. Then they don't want to admit conversations happened OR conveniently forget OR are too lazy to really follow up when a complaint is posted. They will probably call me back regarding this, then tell me that someone higher up has to call back and I'll never hear from them again. This has already happened twice. The only reason I gave them 2 STARS is because their service prices are still better than other Kia dealers, but I need to verify that now. More
You broke it you should have just said that! Well I go in for oil change because I'm over my miles limit and I always try to take care of my car. Im told again there was a recall for my antenna which i was told the last time i was there for my oil change but had not gotten a call. I would think the notes would be in the system for this recall, for other service reps to see. I get told this again on my today's visit which they actually broke the cover off and try to stick it back on there without saying that they looked at it or not. I pay and get in my car to leave as I'm turning out of the dealership something falls off I stopped to get it and it's the cover that no one had the decency to tell me that they broke off and place the back broke. Now, I'm pissed! I'm total again they got it on order but this time the cover is broke they should have just waited to tamper with it when they actually had the antenna cover their at dealership. This is an sore for my eyes, thanks services person who they don't know who did it, this is what a service manager tells me. FOH! More

My first vehicle purchase was wit I was in the market for a new car and decided to go to JT's Kia. All the dealers are really personable and friendly. My first vehicle purchase was with the salesman Nick. He was really nice and made my buying experience easy. I never really feel comfortable going into car dealerships because of the pressure car salesmen typically put on a buyer but I told Nick when I was in the market for another car he would be the first dealer I would see. If you're in the market go to him he will do his best to meet your needs as a buyer. More
New Car I went to JT's Kia for my 2nd Kia Sorento and upgraded to some extra features on the 2017 model. Mike Cato gave me a great deal as the first time.
