Buying a car can be stressful especially if it is your first purchase of a new car as it was for me. There was a sales manager, I believe by the name of Anthony, who came over at one point the first day I met with Valerie and was very rude and belligerent towards me when I was discussing the options in terms of payment. At one point, Anthony became even more hostile towards me when I would not commit on the first day after I just asked for 48 hours to review my finances and make sure I was staying within my budget as he said I should know my budget off the top of my head. Had it not been for Valerie, Tyrell, and Chris intervening I would not have returned on Monday to purchase the car but their great customer service and the fact that I wanted the car I picked out is why I returned on Monday. I will gladly recommend Kia to other people including my coworker who is shopping for a new car also as long as they do not have any interactions with Anthony which I have expressed to Valerie Bellini. Altima So I got a Nissan Altima on March 8th and was given a temp tag that expired on April 20th. Well, I had to go in to the dealership on April 17 and aske So I got a Nissan Altima on March 8th and was given a temp tag that expired on April 20th. Well, I had to go in to the dealership on April 17 and asked them why I hadn't received my information and tag from the DMV yet only for them to finally tell me that since they got the car from enterprise and enterprise wrote down the mileage incorrectly on their paperwork, JT's was unable to send the paperwork to the DMV because it would be rejected. On top of this new information, that I had to ask for 3 days before my temp tag expired, I was told that if it wasn't fixed before my tag expired then I would have to be put in a rental until it's fixed. I just bought this car from JT's Kia not from enterprise so that paperwork should not be an issue in the 1st place and I xxxx sure didn't buy the car so it could sit at the dealership for what could be a week when I got it 44 days ago which in itself was more than enough time for them to get the paperwork fixed. So now I'm in rented jeep which JT's is paying for but it's an unnecessary hassle and the only reason I see for it is if they sold me a car that they didn't own yet. I'm so frustrated because my 1st payment on the car was due today yet they don't think that they should have to help me with the payment or anything because putting me in a car that isn't the one I bought is their solution. Jacobe sold me the car and he did his job and took care of me while I was working with him. More
