Still waiting.... Hope I don't run out of gas first. This was my 2nd visit to replace a faulty sensor causing my gas gauge not to work and the check engine light to illuminate. I left the car overnight This was my 2nd visit to replace a faulty sensor causing my gas gauge not to work and the check engine light to illuminate. I left the car overnight and had to call to get a status. I was told that they were "finishing a final test drive" and waited for the shuttle. I picked up the car, ran an errand and filled the tank. The gas gauge did not move. I returned to the dealership, was offered apologies and then told it would be 2 more hours for diagnostics. While I was standing there, the manager came out and I explained my aggravation and stated that I could not be without the car for another solid day. He said he would handle it, but after being told that I needed to sit and wait 2 more hours, the service adviser stated that I had misunderstood. Rather than act like a child and beat on the glass where the manager sits, I opted to leave. So, once again, I am riding around, not sure how much gas is in the car and counting miles. The light is still on. I have called and been promised a call back, but thus far, there is no resolution. More

Good Service I came in for my first oil change and routine service. Gerald, along with another gentleman (I can't remember his name) were very personable and prof I came in for my first oil change and routine service. Gerald, along with another gentleman (I can't remember his name) were very personable and professional. The check in was smooth and they kept me informed. My one complaint, I was supposed to receive a wash and vacuum. They washed the car but no vacuum. I did have an issue reoccur. My tire pressure light came on prior to my appointment. They did check my tire and said that everything checked out. They plugged it one time before. About four days after my appointment, my tire pressure came back on (reading from the same spot). If the tires were rotated, I don't understand why the pressure light would come on in the same spot. I called and spoke with Eric who asked me to bring the car back so that they can check on it. I came back on Saturday and Reggie took very good care of me. He kept me informed of what was going on. They fixed my tire, washed my car and had me out in no time. My only complaint, they didn't do a good job vacuuming the car but then again, I shouldn't expect much when it was free. More
Unprofessional, untrustworthy, Very disappointed Customer. PAPERWORK lost TWICE. Continued to make excuses when I questioned them about ANYTHING! Would not return my phone calls.
