First service. First service was good. They did seem to be under staffed or over booked that day. Waited while one Service Rep. was on the phone a long time, while First service was good. Lots of customers waiting in the waiting area. Sadly, within days of my service, a good friend told me they actually lost his car! It was finally "found" parked in the used car sales area. They were ready to call the police. Scary! Being under staffed makes me wonder what they don't do?! Word of mouth does count! More
