The absolute worst ever I originally went in because I say a vehicle online that I wanted. I got there and they had me convinces that my vehicle was extremely dangerous for I originally went in because I say a vehicle online that I wanted. I got there and they had me convinces that my vehicle was extremely dangerous for me and my children. Anyways he said we can get you in a car today. I said ok. I was not given any option or any choice and was told we can put you in this brand new kia, I was skeptical. But I was scared to drive my car. They told me that my payments would be one thing and then within a week they called me and increased my payments by over 100 dollars a month. I called there regarding my check engine light coming on and I was told to take it to Galeana. I did and they were very helpful. Jts is very shady, pushy and down right dishonest. I was stuck in a car I hate!!! More

Warranty is pointless They will not honor the bumper-to-bumper warranty purchased on my car and I haven't had my car a full year yet. No wear and tear, but wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars to repair something that shouldn't be damaged already in a Brand New car and that's between the two bumpers," bumper to bumper warranty". Mr. Eric Dambaugh was a very sweet and helpful gentleman however and I appreciate his help, but a bumper to bumper warranty is supposed to cover the cost of whatever is between the two bumpers like it says. My problem was not wear and tear but simple car malfunction. Will never buy another Kia nor recommend anyone to buy a Kia More

Efficient and thorough I can honestly say, this is the one and only car dealership service center that I don't mind spending anytime bringing my car in for service. Why? The I can honestly say, this is the one and only car dealership service center that I don't mind spending anytime bringing my car in for service. Why? The waiting room area alone is comfortable and relaxing. There is nice complimentary coffee and snacks as well as a charging station for any electronics you may have. Most of all, I like the fact that the service department not lonely services my car within a timely fashion BUT they let me know of any alerts/recalls at hand. That's very comforting and good to acknowledge and know so I can plan to have it upgraded/corrected or schedule for another appointment if needed. They are thinking for the consumer and that's refreshing!!!! More
