They always make you feel that you are very important to them and can't t do enough for you. The only problem I had was that whoever vacuumed out the vehicle hand dirty hands and left greasemarks on the two front seats and the backseat. After calling the service department, who offered to have me come in for them to clean the seats, I didn't want to drive the 70 mile round trip just for that, I found out which cleaner to use and cleaned the seats myself. Fortunately, they clean up like new! On the following day, I received a call from the service manager checking on the problem. I thought this was a nice touch. More
