They will try and keep your payments within the budget you request 3. Always are asking how is everything with your New Car 4. In the service department, they are wanting to meet your requests 5. Always so polite and very positive attitude 6. They make sure before you leave that you as their customer is 100% Satisfied 7. They continue to give you updates on what is off on your car with coupons 8. Always calling to see if you are satisfied with your car after a year that you've bought it 9. Makes sure you know what they have done to your car in the service department each visit 10. All 10's on Being an Outstanding Dealership because they Truly care about their customers feelings and what they like in a Kia! I have the Sorento 2016 bought it last year- I am one lucky Lady to be driving in this car today- But with the help of the Saleman I had - He got my payments down as low as he possibly could through 4 banks that would except me! I wouldn't trade the Sorento for anything-It's the perfect SUV for me and my family! If I ever decided to upgrade in the future- I will get the Sorento once again! "Great customer service" Since I purchased my vehicle, I've had wonderful service at JT'S Kia on Killian Rd.
