Great experience with Giannis. .. he was very helpful and personable! Bummer was finding out that for just a 2-yr old vehicle, there was no spare/backup key-fob available when requ .. he was very helpful and personable! Bummer was finding out that for just a 2-yr old vehicle, there was no spare/backup key-fob available when requested upon making final payment. According to the finance manager, the spare key-fob must not have been turned in at time of trade-in or was lost so nonchalantly shrugged it off when it couldn't be located. This is unacceptable! The least Jack Chevrolet could have done at this point was offer to replace or provide a spare key-fob for this vehicle that was just purchased and paid in full. Prior to this we had already recommended this dealership to a family member in the market for a vehicle...am not sure now if that was a good idea. More
