I was initially very impressed the team here stayed hours later than their closing time while I searched for an insurance rate I was happy with. However I called with a question the next day and was told I'd be given a call back and I never did get a call back of course it's possible I was in a bad cell service area when they called. So overall I have to say the experience was good.

I took my Hyundai for an oil change and tire rotation. The person at the front desk (I’m so bad with names) is so amazing. The van was not able to bring me to work so he offered to do it so I wasn’t late for work. I also appreciate the video from the tech showing me all the details.

This is more of a public service announcement than a review. If you've got a Bolt or similar Chevy electric car you'll want to avoid this dealership. My wife had a caliper get stuck on I-95 near mile 70. So she called Emerson and described the problem. The service guy's response was along the lines of "Yeah yeah, it happens all the time and you bought one of those 'odd ball' cars, that was what you would get." He also let her know that it would take 2-3 MONTHS to get it fixed. First of all the calipers on the Bolt are the same as on any other Chevy. The fact that he didn't know this is a bit scary. What else does he not know about brakes? Second, saying this to a woman stuck on the side of the road with her 2 kids on the Friday before Memorial Day isn't really good customer service. With friends like this Chevrolet definitely doesn't need more enemies!

My 2004 Aveo, purchased and serviced at Pape, ceased to function on the Maine Turnpike on a Sunday morning. AAA brought me home and dropped off the car at Pape. The car was not worth repairing. Knowing that was likely to happen, I had test-driven a Spark in the past. The salesman who had been cultivating me was on vacation that week, so another salesman stepped in and got me the Spark I wanted. He also arranged for me to drive a loaner until the Spark was available, and my money had been transferred to my bank. The whole situation could have been very distressing, but Pape made it a friendly and convenient process.
