I was originally going to change my oil on my own but injured my hand (unrelated) earlier that day. Was able to schedule a same day appointment within an hour. The service advisor went through my history to see if my vehicle was due for any other scheduled maintenance. There were a few items that I was not ready to do or had done on my own. No hassle to get it done just handed me a reminder sheet at end of service. A few items I had done previously but were not updated in the Chevrolet system. Another service advisor recalled the work happening a few years prior and they went back a little further to find the right info and update it in the system. Talk about personalized service! More
