My first vehicle unfortunately was totaled. I did not hesitate to go back and now I'm driving a Cherokee and very happy. She answered my question and showed me my new vehicle. inside and out. We were travelling from our home in Nova Scotia to Florida for the winter with our 42 foot fifth whe Can't say enough about how great our service was. We were travelling from our home in Nova Scotia to Florida for the winter with our 42 foot fifth wheel on the back of our Ram 3500. In minus 18 degree temps we had a service DEF message pop up. We were trying to get ahead of a huge storm coming up the coast. The service dept had us in and back on the road within two hours without having an appointment.
