The service department is terrible and really is in dire need of some customer service training. I scheduled an appointment for my truck tires to be replaced a month in advance and was notified an hour int need of some customer service training. I scheduled an appointment for my truck tires to be replaced a month in advance and was notified an hour into my appointment that they only had two tires! I was completely baffled as to why I wasn't notified before I took the afternoon off from work, drove a half hour to the dealership and then waited another hour and nothing was done! No apology or anything. I received a follow up phone call from John but he was ineffective in helping me get back in to get the new tires. I ended up going to Town Fair Tire with free tire rotations, free tire repair and under an hour wait time (compared to Dodge's 4 hour wait time!) for the same price. Stay away! More

Was told my Jeep that was in there for a so my back up camera would work and had the be put on the scanner to reconfigure. I was told it needed to be looked at and have a diagnostic done on it to see if t camera would work and had the be put on the scanner to reconfigure.
