Started out shaky, finished with life long customer! I just purchased a 2008 Dodge Nitro. Unfortunately, there were a few minor issues with the vehicle at first. I was unsure wether or not I was going to go through with the deal. I have to say, I have purchased several vehicles from various dealers including Franck Galos. This dealership far exceeded my expectations and experiences and went above, beyond, and out of the stratosphere to assist me, make me feel comfortable, and ensure that all the vehicle's issues were taken care of. I chatted with Holly online first who was very helpful and set me up an appointment with Michael Kry. I can't say enough about Michael and the ease of dealing with him through the vehicle purchasing process. Michael is a very easy going and relaxed guy. I experienced no pressure or hard sale tactic with Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ram truck I was looking at and was very positive and patient with me during the credit application/financing process. After being approved for credit, Gayle Martin walked me through the paperwork process. Gayle was very helpful and thorough.
