He was gracious and apologetic that the vehicle was not on the lot. We reviewed other options and he made sure that each vehicle of interest was actually there. I did find that he was extremely knowledgeable f othe Jeep Grand Cherokee and it's options. We went over a couple of them and I was not able to find the exact Grand Cherokee I was looking for. He called me the next day or so with information on one that met my requirements, We worked through the deal and I picked it up the next day. We were on our way home from work at 5 pm and stopped in, Dylan brought the vehicle to the facility door, we went for a test drive, and before we knew it, we were riding home with our new vehicle by 8:30 we were home.
