My 2020 Ram 1500 Diesel motor went at about 37K. Brought it to IRA Chrysler Dodge Ram and it took 3 months to have it replaced. When I finally got my truck back it had a dent in the rear bumper wh Brought it to IRA Chrysler Dodge Ram and it took 3 months to have it replaced. When I finally got my truck back it had a dent in the rear bumper which I noticed the next day. The service department manager had me got get an estimate to repair it from the IRA body shop, so I did. I brought the $3700 quote back to them and they said they would call me. So I waited a few weeks and finally called them back and was put on hold while they talked to the General Manager. They came back on the phone to tell me they were not going to do anything for me because "a customer could have hit it". It was there for 3 months not by choice, but because they could not find a motor. Not my fault, but my truck was in their care. I called and left a message with the general manager and he never even called me back! I highly recommend you go elsewhere when buying or servicing your vehicle with IRA. More
