I spend days working with a salesman and I thought the deal was done. I even applied for preapproval on financing. He thought I wanted the wrong vehicle. He tried selling a certified jeep with a giant gauge in the front bumper instead of the vehicle I actually wanted (without a giant scratch the size of texas). It took him all day to get back to me. Very poor communication. It all fell apart and now I'm back at square one. I felt like I was not taken care of because I'm a woman. I requested they remove the credit pull. I'm extremely disappointed. They didn't even offer to figure out another vehicle. I wanted to do business with them and still would but I don't think they care. I would gladly change this rating if they came through. More
