Our experience (my wife and I) at this dealership, and with all of the people we dealt with, was a very positive one. We set up an appointment before we went to the dealership, and we were expected and with all of the people we dealt with, was a very positive one. We set up an appointment before we went to the dealership, and we were expected and well received. Andrea was our first contact, and she followed up with us in a friendly and timely manner. Scott and JC were friendly and very accomodating when we met with them and worked out the details on our purchase. They followed up with us immediately and made a follow-up appointment to check out the Jeep that we ultimately purchased. After finalizing our agreement, we met with Jason and worked out all of the financial terms and details. He was also very friendly and accomodating. SMM's service dept. is excellent, as we have owned several vehicles purchased there over the past 10 years. Their service dept. is one of the main reasons we wanted to purchase a new vehicle from Southern Maine Motors. All in all, our entire experience has been positive and excellent. More

All of the employees were VERY friendly. We had a very positive experience. We visited their dealership twice and have never felt pressured or harrassed. I was not offered what I thought was a fair deal based on my research. This of course is only my opinion. I had done the research on Dodge incentives, the difference between Invoice, Fair Market and MSRP b my research. This of course is only my opinion. I checked the value of my trade in on Kelly Blue Book, and NADA as well as AutoTrader. Based on my research the deal I was offered was not close to what it should have been.
