Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River

I turned in my q5 and released a new AUDI. I had the wear and tear protection on the Q5 and now the leasing company is telling me they have no record of this. I paid monthly within my lease. They also switch and tear protection on the Q5 and now the leasing company is telling me they have no record of this. I paid monthly within my lease. They also switched my leasing company on my new lease without telling me if I did I'd lose the 450 return fee, leaving me with a 2300 bill and no wear and tear protection. They took my car so fast the info was in the glove box and now they are passing it on to all different people. I have filed a complaint and I an working with the leasing company as well as the protection company but so far nothing but my 2300 bill. Very disappointed! More
