The intent of that late Saturday afternoon was not to purchase a car, but just to see what pre-owned cars were in stock, since it was close to closing time at the dealership. She was very attentive to my inquiries, showing me different options, assuring me that although it was past closing time, that was not a problem. She was very knowledgeable of what was in stock and about each car, which was impressive. She noticed my interest in the Audi A6 and had the finance manager go over different options. I did not feel rushed and my suggestion of needing more time to think about the purchase was not met with pressure.
