Purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from J.D.Kia, and car had problem with smoke pouring out of the exhaust within 2 weeks. WIthin the three months i have owned the car i have put it in for service a total of 4 times, all covered under warranty, but each time no courtesy car and total inconvenience in time spent at dealer. He called a few days after we had taken the car to see how we were doing with it and if my daughter was enjoying it. Within just a few hours of visiting the dealership, test driving, working up numbers, also had a trade involved (very fair trade numbers) I was driving off with my new 2013 Optima EX, and that was Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I am a no "bull" kind a person especially when it comes to purchasing a new car, once I decide on a car and I feel I am getting a fair deal and being treated properly then the deal is done, and that is what you will get if you go to Jack Daniels Kia.
