First time at Jack daniels They did a comprehensive interview to determine if I had any issues with the car that they could address. After examining my Kia, they determined addi They did a comprehensive interview to determine if I had any issues with the car that they could address. After examining my Kia, they determined additional maintenance was required due to poor, uneven tire wear on 2 tires (29,000 mi). I was given a time estimate to complete everything along with the extra costs involved. The time was reasonable and a car wash was included at the end. My service agent Mark, noticed some sap was still on my hood and drove me around to the maintenance ares where several men fully rubbed off the stain with wax and elbow grease. This was much appreciated. More
