Ben (not sure of his last name) worked with me on the phone to get an appointment scheduled and Rob was my I had great experience at Jack Daniels Kia. Ben (not sure of his last name) worked with me on the phone to get an appointment scheduled and Rob was my salesman. Rob listened to me, answered all my questions, took time to explain all my options and worked with me to make a deal I was comfortable with. I never felt pressured but drove away with a car on my first visit. Christian also took time to answer all my questions about financing.
