When we returned for a second visit and I asked to have the car washed to see what was just dirt vs scratches he did that. The car looked great! Negotiations are always dicey at car dealers. You must research before. The only negative for us was the aggressiveness for us to finance with them. At the the end of the day they need to make money but the consumer has to also do what is right for them financially. Picking up the car was easy. We had secured a precertified Kia which gave us extra piece of mind. I wish I had an opportunity to thank the service department because they did an amazing job on the car. We drove off feeling like we had purchased a new vehicle. More
