I'm nothing once I sign the papers. I bought the car in the dealership and the service from Mateo was good during the car buying process. However, once I signed the papers they complete I bought the car in the dealership and the service from Mateo was good during the car buying process. However, once I signed the papers they completely forgot about my plates and I never received it. My temporary plates have already expired and I had obligations in which requires my new car. I call every chance I get and I get shuffled around and once I get the right person they can't provide any information about my plates except for the fact that they don't have it. Managers say they will follow up but never do. Mateo who appeared nice at first , no longer responds to my texts. Their excuse for the delay in my plates is "NY plates is backed up". My brother purchased a car from another dealer and received his New York plates 2 weeks after. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. What could've easily been good review turned into a terrible experience because of how careless they have been. More

Friendly, patient and honest I am not an easy customer. Looked at vehicles here a few times with my mother and had a somewhat better than average shopping experience as everyone w I am not an easy customer. Looked at vehicles here a few times with my mother and had a somewhat better than average shopping experience as everyone was friendly and the dealership itself was nice and clean. It was once we got serious about a purchase that this place really stood out. Our salesman Wael was patient showing and test driving cars with us even though I know I was exhausted and fed up with car shopping in general and was not the easiest customer to deal with. Then the manager John got involved and after understanding our budget and situation recommended another vehicle at a great price. After days of scrutinizing his offer he was even willing to negotiate a slightly better deal and we closed. During our final test drive Wael even took us to their beautiful state of the art service facility which was really something. Throughout the entire process these guys were more friendly and personable and honest than you can imagine car salespeople could be. I highly recommend checking them out! More

Customer service as it should be I did my research on web, watched many review videos and decided on Sedona SX to fit my needs. I searched local inventory on Edmunds, and got offers from a few dealer for this model and features I liked. Jack Daniels' price was the lowest and their salesman reached out to me right away. Color of vehicle was Titanium Bronze, I was not sure how I will like it so I asked them to send me pictures of the vehicle, including window sticker (paint color in person is GREAT). I received requested pictures promptly (not even knowing the car was being parked at their inventory lot few miles away). I visited the dealership later that day, dealt with Brian Bakelaar, drove the car, and bought it for the price they quoted on Edmunds, no issues whatsoever. The minivan drove very well, with sedan-like drive style, despite it's large size. Brian was well versed in the features of the vehicle, couple of the favorites were cooling front seats and heated rear seats. Very happy with their car, prompt service, everyone was quite helpful and friendly. I decided to add a few options at the end, for price listed on the website and picked up the car a couple days later. Kia products are top class as suggested by many recent quality and reliability surveys. Attention to detail in exterior design, precision and interior quality rivals European brands for sure and in my opinion surpasses larger Japanese brands. I was happy to see that Jack Daniels' employees deliver similar level quality and service. Very happy with the experience and I have already recommended Kia+Jack Daniels to several coworkers. More

Not happy with end result.
