Totally Painless Experience We were looking for an economical commuter car. I found one online at Jack Daniel's Kia. It was on a Sunday after they had closed so I sent an email. Monday morning I received a text from the salesman Michael Gibson. We had a brief discussion and set up an appointment. We were half an hour late due to traffic, but he patiently waited. He had the car ready when we got there, test drove it and went on to financing. We had a pre-approval which made the transaction even smoother. Even though we were buying a used, inexpensive vehicle, we were treated as if we were buying new. I would definitely not only recommend this dealership, but the salesman as well...and we didn't even buy a Kia! More
