Smoothe from Start to Finish I purchased a new Niro this week from Jack Daniel's. I did my "shopping through internet inquiries, and JD offered the lowest prices, in most cases b I purchased a new Niro this week from Jack Daniel's. I did my "shopping through internet inquiries, and JD offered the lowest prices, in most cases by a wide margin. I communicated with John numerous times by email, changing the vehicle and asking for additional info. His answers were always prompt, courteous, and on the money. I made my appointment and met my salesman, Mike Gibson. He took me for a test drive, explained the difference in the models, showed me the service department and listened to what I needed. Once I settled on the vehicle, I was out of there within an hour, driving my new Niro home. I even had to return a few days later to have a remote start installed, and they had a car waiting for me to use for the day. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Overall excellent customer service, wold recommend highly. More
