Horrible service I went in to lease a Kia Optima. Went through the whole process 3 weeks later the salesman asks me for missing financial information demanding I come I went in to lease a Kia Optima. Went through the whole process 3 weeks later the salesman asks me for missing financial information demanding I come in today or my car is taken away. Instead of asking nicely for me to come in when I am available to come in they expect me to drop everything and come by after I have already been driving my car for weeks. Then met with the GM who gave me a free month included for all the trouble with the salesman. Months later still waiting for my refund saying they aren't sending one now when I have it in writing they would reimburse me. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. No one cares to follow up on xxxx and they all go against their word. Very annoyed at the delayed response and disrespectful service I received. More

John really went out of his way to get me approved for the vehicle that I really wanted and loved, also Brian did a great job on helping me find the vehicle. With the vehicle came a remote start that need to be installed. Brian worked hard on getting me that remote start installed in the vehicle - it only took 2 days to get an appointment and they did it on the day they received my vehicle. I went back that night to pick it up and the remote start was installed and it is working very well. They both did an outstanding job!! It was a real pleasure working with both of them. More
