The cost to replace radio and amp was way out of line. How does a radio and amp go bad after 6 years when the only people listening to it are my elderly parents playing their Frank Sinatra CD's?

- walt327My experience at the service center was excellent.Mike was professional,courteous and answered all my questions.He took it upon himself to see to it that I got the touch-up paint that was supposed to come from the dealership.I spoke to Jason 4 times about that and he was supposed to get back to me and never did. You yourself and your assistant said I would get it. I have bought 4 cars from you,a Spectra and 3 Optima Turbos,and I think as a loyal customer who has touted you I deserve better service than being totally ignored. If I had caused the scratch I would have bought the pen myself but the car was delivered scratched and was noted. My 5 star rating is for Mike and his service team not for sales. Mike is to be commended. Apparently your sales team figures once they make a sale that they can ignore the customer. Walter Wheeler

I have a language barrier but he helped me out to get a new lease related to insurance and returning a old car. He was punctual as well.He gave me all info which I need to know. Sam Kim takes care of me like family. He is warm hearted. I hope a lady's voice(tone) would be brighter(friendly).( called me when a new plate was ready)
