A Different Sales Experience Having purchased several cars in my lifetime, I have to say that this was a much different experience. Also I have never done a lease and I had a lot of questions about it and was given complete and honest answers without just giving me all the positive reasons. From the moment I arrived on the lot to begin looking at automobiles I was greeted by Christopher Black and he assisted me through the entire process. Christopher along with everyone else was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. The team was very helpful to me throughout the different parts of the leasing process. On top of that, I was leasing for my business, so that always makes things a little more interesting. Needless to say, after a short time getting all the paperwork together, I was off and away with my butt in my first Mercedes-Benz. 5-Star Sales and Service Experience I was recently in the market for a CPO Mercedes after a disasterous ownership experience with another make. I've worked with Jack Ingram Mercedes-Benz I was recently in the market for a CPO Mercedes after a disasterous ownership experience with another make. I've worked with Jack Ingram Mercedes-Benz before, so I decided to stop by and get a trade in quote on my vehicle. Thinking it would be below what I wanted, it actually came back at just what I needed to get another vehicle. JI-MB showed me a vehicle they thought would be right for me and let me take it home that night. I came back the next day knowing that the car was perfect for me and told my salesmen, Tony Campbell and Josh Thompson(J.T.), I'd be in to pick up the car on Friday. Friday came and the car was filled up and ready for pickup. I went in with Derek Catrett to discuss financing and this had to be the best finance experience I've ever had in my history of purchasing vehicles. Not only was the experience pleasant, but he was able to get me one of the best rates the brand offers. Once complete, J.T. did a quick overview of the car before I left the dealer and I was on my way. I needed to come back through service to get some things taken care of and the entire service team couldn't have been more delightful to work with. I'm definitely looking forward to telling family and friends about my experience and I look forward to do more business with JI-MB. More
